  • All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and chosen delivery method.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. PokeNest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, PokeNest is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
